Color Compass Introduces Team Appreciation Program

In recognition of teammate Appreciation and/or Random Act of Kindness, decals are provided to teammates from their peers to show gratitude, a job well done and/or recognition to one another. Even though the program launched on Valentine’s Day, this will be going throughout the year.
